Steps for debugging belt conveyor:
(1) After installation of each equipment, carefully adjust the belt conveyor to meet the drawing requirements.
(2) Fill the corresponding lubricating oil for each reducer and moving parts.
(3) After the installation of the belt conveyor meets the requirements, each single device will be manually tested and commissioned, and combined to debug the belt conveyor to meet the requirements of the action.
(4) Commission the electrical part of the belt conveyor. Including the debugging of conventional electrical wiring and actions, so that the equipment has good performance and reaches the designed function and state.
