SC768R Rice Color Sorter Description:

SC768R is one of our classic cloud series color sorter. This is a 12 chutes installed sorting machine for large rice mill and are available for various production line. Moreover, this R stands for infrared technology installed for higher sorting requirement.

SC768R Rice Color Sorter Features:

1.VNIR multi-spectral deep fusion sensing technology with excellent color recognition ability and excellent biometric recognition ability ensure rejecting yellow rice without carrying chalky rice and rejecting chalky rice without carrying yellow rice. At the same time, it realizes the separation of non-rice impurities. Technology makes everything possible.

2. Smart Quality Inspection

Online, automatic, digital and intelligent quality management is realized through online inspection to raw materials, finished products and wastes, as well as real time uploading the data to control system with various mobile terminals.

3. Intelligent Perception

Cloud high-dimensional technology identifies material fingerprint with intelligent perception function. Also, it features high-dimensional holographic fingerprint acquisition, multi-image fusion analysis and incredible quality sorting perception technology.
